Default XP Administrator Account

Right I tried everything I know, When my laptop runs up, it automatically logs on as the Administrator account. Even though there are 2 Differant acounts created. One for Install only and one for general use. I have, Use welcome screen tab ticked.
When I disable the default adin account it still tries to default log on as admin, Brings up an error box, then goes to the welcome screen. Does anyone know how to stop it doing this. Help is aprecciated.

This describes how to turn it on but you can check the reg keys mentioned to make sure your admin account isn't set in there and remove if it is.
