What is this? Amino AmiNET110

Bought a couple of these today, cheap, hoping to sell on: .::OneVideo::. Amino - AmiNET 110 MPEG 2 Set Top Box
But despite reading up on them, and the instructions, I still can't work out what it actually IS!!!
Anyone have any experience of these?

Looks to me to be for use in Hotels for distributing TV and other television based services. Good luck with your sale.

Apparently it can be used for streaming from a pc based media centre.
