Default HDMI over Cat5

For anyone who's interested, I've been looking around for a cheapish way to send the picture from a SkyHD box around the house to other digital TV's and projectors, keeping the whole thing digital (you get an inferior picture using s-video, composite or even component leads)

I've come across this, which is a pair of boxes (one sends the other receives) which convert HDMI (audio and video) into Cat5e. £50 a pair
