Help !! trying to d/load adobe flash player, have went on to the official Adobe site and pressed d/load but am now getting a message comming up on screen advising me that I may need to click the gold bar at the top off the browser to allow download, the only problem is that I dont have that particular bar showing ??!!
is there a setting within my pc that I am requiring changed to allow me to alow this download, if so can anyone advise me exactly what to do ??

The 'gold bar' referred to sounds like the Active X control facility. It usually just pops up whilst you try and access the download - keep an eye on the area just underneath your browser and when it appears, click on it and follow on screen prompts. If you don't see the bar you will have to change your security settings in the control panel. Hope this helps.
