Question ORACLE SQL - How to return all table names within a schema

I'm using Toad for Oracle - what sql would I use to return all table names within a schema

Would be good if I could also include table comments

I can view all the tables within a schema via Database > Schema Browser but I would like to return the tables in data format and export to excel in tab delimited text format

got it...

select table_name
from SYS.ALL_tab_columns
where owner = 'XXX'

or log in as the schema owner and

select table_name from user_tables;
