Anyone spot anything that could save me money or would be better for an up grade?

I would ask yourself if you really need the quad core. If your gaming then there is no point currently. I weighed this up and opted for the new 45nm wolfdale dual core e8400 at 3.0ghz stock which is £30 cheaper than your quad at 2.4 stock with 8mb L2 cache compared to 6mb on the wolfie. If you really must have quad core wait for the 45nm Q9450 at around £230 end of Feb start of March as they come with 12mb cache but for me not worth the wait and extra £90 on top of the e8400.

You can get a mobo without these but the same quality japanese bits & decent cooling solution for about half that cost.
I have a Q6600 and it runs at 3Ghz on standard voltage

For video editing a fast hd is vital, samsung have just brought out thier f1 drives with a whopping 320gb per platter.
Got a spinpoint myself, cracking drives.
They are coming out with smaller sizes than ocuk have so might take a bit of looking around.
P5k is a top board, i have the deluxe and can't fault it.
