Default Thanks Virgin Media

Just a quick thanks to Virgin media for failing to bill me for my Internet service for as far back as I can see. Just received a letter today telling me it's their fault and as such I won't be charged, nice one .

do you think Virginmedia read these forums??

Or are you secretly hoping some from Virginmedia will look into your case and double your bill for the next seven years

If his account is still active Tech support would have no reason to ask questions !

and the fact that there is a charge now.. they will talk to anyone

As for the switch... if I could I would !

I think they might notice when everyone with an email address that begins Scooby gets free credit from me...
