Anyone else have this problom with Wanadoo (Orange) email?
When I try to send an email, 80% of the time I get a "message has not been saved, Orange emial is being updated, this will take 1 day" type message and the message does not get sent, so you have to re-type it.
I have now started copying the text before I send it as it happens so much, so I can paste it into a new email (the second one always sends)
Been doing this for weeks now.

Have you contacted them? Check prices before you do...don't pay silly money for daft tech support
Also try and get updated version of their software. Uninstall the current version and install the new one.
Basically they should want to help you out. If they don't, ask to speak to someone about transferring your account to a different provider

thats the thing with the cheaper providers, they generally offer poor levels of support.
I can recommend Zen to you, had no issues with them at all. They are not cheap mind, but you can actually call them up. Yes really, you can call them without paying a fortune and actually get to speak with someone who has brain cells
