Default Xbox 360 transmitter?

Is there such a thing?

Ive got a spare premium that is used in a spare room upstairs, is there anyway i can get the HD image to show on my livingroom TV downstairs?

ie. I just wanna bring the wireless controller downstairs and game on my bigger TV without the 360 being in the livingroom.

Possible?

Id be more worried about the XBOX controller staying in contact with the XBOX if its upstairs, transmitting the picture is the least of your problems IMO

I wouldn't recommend video senders if you have a wireless-g network. Video senders hog the 2.4GHz frequency and can kill a wireless-g network dead

I've heard reports about the 360 interfering with video senders. The 360 is constantly sending out a signal (when switched off) looking for an active controller, then switches itself on - apparently this signal is quite disruptive to other wireless transmissions.

Even heard that the signal can interfere with the 360's own wireless network adapter and headset.

You could always get a 2nd power brick / video cable off ebay and move the 360 - I think your wife might appreciate not having a helicopter in the bedroom when she's trying to get some kip.
