Question

Have a look at my site HERE

I want to make it so the links from the DHTML bar make the pages open in a seperate frame below the header, rather than opening them in a new page. So that the aviz.co.uk bit is still visible. Can anyone give me any tips?

Thanks

Andy

theres a href tag called target that you need to use..

-----------------------------------
[frame name=Title]
link1 link2 link3
-----------------------------------
[frame name=body]

-----------------------------------

in the <a href> bit of the links add the extra
<a href='http://scoobynet' target='body'>
