Default Most user-friendly, reliable and inexpensive broadband for the mother?

As subject, want a simple, reliable, user-friendly and as inexpensive as possible service for my dear mother to browse the web.

Naturally I don't need 8mb a second and unlimited downloads!!!!

Any recommendations gents?

thanks
Ed

Does she have cable?

My mum got a great deal with Virgin and is perfect for her

I think she paid a £5 for a few more channels and got the basic broadband for free

Nope she doesn't have any cable or broadband, just a PAYG mobile and a BT landline.
