how do you automatically delete emails on the handheld that have been deleted on outlook?

I've got it set so it deletes on the handheld which will delete on outlook ok but not the other way round. Any ideas?

If it's the enterprise version:-

Under e-mail options on blackberry handheld
E-mail reconciliation
Delete on: mailbox & handheld, handheld, prompt
Wireless reconcile: on/off
on conflicts: handheld wins, mailbox wins

yup done that. settings anywhere else?

nope. You can set the same settings on the server, but the defaults have always worked for me. Any errors on the BES event Log?

Also make sure wireless is set on
