don't have a dv input in my pc
there has to be an easy way around it.......
can anybody out there enlighten me as to how to do it
please
bit of info
it's a jvc gr-d260 camcorder
it has a usb out/in
a dv out/in
an av out/in
the usb won't let me move video between the 2 only photo's.
my pc doesn't have a dv port otherwise it'd be a piece of cake,
which wire do I have to buy and what do i do,
any help would be great
cheers

I'm presuming the DV out on the camera is a Firewire (IEE 1394) port.
Easiest way is probably to get a Firewire card. PC world usually have them in. I put one in the BiL's PC; think it cost about £20.

you are correct.
would I be able to put the card in my pc or would I have to get a man in
It's not difficult, you should be able to do it yourself without feeling too challenged.
There will most likely be decent installation instructions with it... especially if you get it from PC World.
