Does anybody know if its possible to be a host on games which are open to the public. Like you used to do on rainbow vegas? if you get kicked from a game it says stuff like the host left etc. But i have never seen the option to host a game. Also what level before i can carry a sniper rifle and a machine gun???

On ps3 we just join a online game and select from the list of games available for public play, usually free for all, you get overkill at rank 38 !!!
