I've used the devolo one (and have for sale if anyone is interested).
What they don't tell you is that the headline figure it connects at isn't the transfer rate you'll get as there is a significant overhead.

I went from 54g wireless (with which I could max my 20meg internet connection) to the 85meg powerline which connected at 85 but could only use 10-12 of my broadband.
I went with n wireless instead and that really is good.

Powerline is terrific technology but disappointing you don't get the full speed advertised.
