It isnt the same as a iPhone, ie it wont work everywhere, it needs to be somewhere you have access to a wireless access point, but yes it does

It has a youtube button in it to

Takes you straight to a dedicated page, with top vids by day/month etc. I love it.

The only bad thing is, Apple in their wisdom has decided to remove the option to make it into a removable device. So you are forced to use itunes to get music on there, and you can't use it as a storage device for data anymore.
