New host needed for a website
I'm currently with Lycos and in the last month I have had no end of problems with them.
Started off with ureliable ftp uploads, which they fobbed me off with being probs with NTL (when it was tested from 3 locations with 2 isp's).
Now they are rejecting email account passwords, when they are remembered by Mail (Mac).
TBH I'm getting sick of their lies and distinct lack of support and honesty.
So I'm looking for a reliable host, currently pay about £60 a year for 1000mb of webspace inc mail.
Run Powerphlogger as a stats package as lycos's doesn't work by their own admission!
PS: all the probs always occur when you can't get hold of them!

My vote would go to Titan Internet. They will no doubt be more expensive than you current host, but they are worth it in terms of service and reliability.

Ive got about 4 domains hosted with Web Hosting and Domain Names UK - NetWeaver
Always seem quick to reply to customer service questions and if the service does go down, its back up again very quickly.
£35 would get you 1gb webspace, 10gb bandwidth and 10 mail addresses. There is also a £50 option.
