I'm on my second one (had one in the UK )and think its a great bit of kit, It makes a cost effective movie player and when hooked up to a HDMI amp will decode all the latest HD sound formats and the PQ is just amazing on my 50' Panny. Just started Assassin's Creed as well and that looks great.

Feel free to pm me if you want to set up a game & swap user names. P.s. my nine year old son embarrases me on the bl00dy thing, ( yes I know he's to young just like all his mates at school !!)

I got Colin McRae, very dissapointed with it graphically, the passing scenery and spectators are terrible. go and look at it/play it before you get it.

Sega Rally isn't much better.

However....Motorstorm looks superb! and is great fun to play.

the colour seemed washed out on ps3 also, I still stand by my original comments tho, it sucks on all formats, way too easy, way too repetitive, and the one button to fight and one button to jump/climb/do everything kinda sucked any remainder of fun out of it, stick with prince of persia

Hoping someone buys me uncharted for christmas...

The PS3's upscaling ability is really start to grow on me - didnt think too much of it to begin with but the last few DVD's I've watched I've been fairly impressed with the PQ.

...and yes, I did watch Transformers!!

and just had an email to say my region-free "Cars" is on its way
