Must say COD4 has been great for me this year. I normally get bored of other games so easily when Im addicted to the football games but its kept my interest and its the first game Im close to completing thats not a sports game in years.

Nothing.
Bought my 360 last December, and haven't really been able to get into any of the games this year, GOW, Forza 2, etc etc it just seems like the same old stuff to me, nothing new.
As for Bioshock, Halo etc, I hate zombie/space alien type games so haven't tried them.
Bought the wireless wheel and all the trimmings but haven't really found anything to keep me going this year.
Assasins creed was going to be my gaming saviour, but it seems thats crap as well. We NEED something new next year, maybe more on the roaming theme - whens the next GTA out and is it on the 360?

Yes its on all platforms, possibly 2nd quarter of next year (April ish)
Darkness (360) for its twists and surprises (probably because i read nothing about it before i played it)
PC, possibly HL2-Ep 2 (Orange box as goty bundle), altho i've not finished it yet so it could either get even better or somewhat worse.

only bought my 360 in feburary
but i have put more hours into GOW multiplayer then anything else

1st EA Skate. / Xbox360 -> I have a skateboarding background myself. 
2nd Super Mario Galaxy / Wii -> Amazing game with superb wii controller use.
3rd Orange Box / Xbox 360 -> I wish Portal would go on and on and on and...

Rainbow 6 Vegas for the 360 was a very good game. A bit repetative though and a quick ending obviously there is going to be a floow up which I can't wait to see.
Just bought COD4 but the Mrs won't allow me it till Christmas.
Colin Mc Rae Dirt is up there and so if FIFA 08 which surprises me as I never watch nor have no interest in football!

For me it was S T A L K E R running on the pc.
I cant seem to generate enthusiasm for shoot'em ups on consoles, a mouse and keyboard seem to be the best combination for me.
My PS2 runs dvd's and thats it now.
