Anyone use UKFSN for their ADSL provider?
Blown my Newnet allowance of 25gb this month (first time in a year) and the over charge fees are ridiculous so i'm off to another ISP but want a good one with no traffic shaping and throttling, no port blocking and decent download limits all for a good monthly fee.
UKFSN look very good for all that but never heard of them before, has anyone else got any experience of them or know anything about them?

If only! I'm out in the sticks as far as LLU is concerned. Although did hear a rumour my exchange is being upgraded from copper to fibre early 2009 so should see big increases in speeds (allegedly).

IMHO...
Avoid Eclipse. Though customer service has improved over the past few months, they are still poor. We are migrating our connections away from them.
EntaNet (the ADSL provider) are part of EntaGroup. They only work through resellers though they will bill end users directly. Our connections with them have been good and when they have a problem, they seem to openly report them (Enta NOC).

Thanks fellas. Just looking at the resellers for entanet carefully as their packages aren't quite as good as they seem. Their usage limits include uploading as well as downloading as opposed to other providers caps only applying to downloads so really the limits need to be halved if you do most of your downloading via p2p (for tv shows etc) and want to keep a 1:1 ratio.
Really struggling to find what I want now, all ISP's have tightened their belts over bandwidth usage which is ridiculous. Technology is supposed to be advancing and becoming cheaper as it advances, not advance and become more and more expensive!

How much do you want to spend per month?
Would IDnet be an option

Thanks Mike but they only do 30gb for the amount I want to spend. Normally that would be more than I need by a long way but this month i've hit nearly 40gb with downloads/vpn to work etc and I don't want to go over my limit again.
I used to have 40gb for £21.99 a month but ISP's just keep shrinking and shrinking their limits and charging more and more for the bandwidth. My limit with that same compnay is now changing to 20gb as of January so what's it going to be down to the following year?!
