Well they are owned by Sky now arent they? My housemate is contracting with Sky for network design and I dont think Easynets network was up to much but maybe with Sky backing them they will have more to spend.

Yes, they apre part of Sky now, providing the broadband /ISP business with them. This is a new team and roles they creating so yes I expect they have more to spend now as you say.
