15 a month gets about as much as dailup a few years ago it seems - frankly ima wondering whether its all worth it

How do I find out if I can get Sky broadband in my area.

Thanks, I'll keep it hush hush.

Think if I've checked correctly, I get broadband, but wireless isn't supported.

Maybe wrong though.

eh?
if you get a connection.. then wireless is a thing between your pc/laptop and the router... your pc can 'talk' to a router even if its not connected to the phone circuit to enable any type of connectivity wether it be broadband or dial up
(if your pc/laptop isnt wieless enabled, you can get a wireless *pen* that will do the job )

It's wireless enabled, that's how I'm tapping away now, trust me to get it wrong

Seriously though, to get broadband with Sky, you pay your monthly bill, but as an exsisting TV customer, do you think they'd waver the £30 connection fee?

Be Internet - £19 a month 24Mb ADSL 2 service with a wireless router thrown in (and their performance and customer service is exceptional) - just need to check if they provide the service in your area and how far away from the exchange you are.
