Depends on several things. You can get video cards that will do TV out, but the resolution is usually very poor. Most modern plasmal/lcd tvs have a dvi or vga input that you can use. So answer is yes, but depends what you have as to whether is worth bothering!

We used s-video but quality was poor, especially for writing.

Now weve got a D-pin connector thingy ma jig, looks like a small scart in the shape of a D, cant remember how many pins it has, either 9 or 15 springs to mind.
