Freeware to convert .mp4 to DVD format?

Freeware to convert .mp4 to DVD format?
I just bought a download of 'Race to Dakar' which is in .mp4 format and plays great on my PC. 
However I'd quite like to:
a) back it up to DVD
b) watch it on my DVD player/TV in the living room.
Now obviously I can back it up to a DVD as 'data', bit is there any software that can take .mp4 files and turn them into a DVD image that I can burn?
I've got DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink, neither of which will do it as far as I can see.
Any suggestions?
