IIRC you can't do it unless you use a dll plugin.

We use GFI Mail Essentials to append a disclaimer and do other bits like virus scanning & content filtering.

you can do it free, using a .dll

try www.exchangefaq.org

you need to set it in the registry - if u need a hand, let me know

We use this method http://support.microsoft.com/support...SRCH&SPR=MSALL

Downsides are:-

Can't change font AND if users don't end e-mails with a CR, the disclaimer gets appended right at the end of the mail i.e. no blank lines before disclaimer blurb.

Anyone know if you can place a global disclaimer to go out with all emails, (without editting the registry) or any plugins
