Default Can I flash an xbox ?

Would I be able to flash my 360 so it runs my "backup" games and if I can does anyone have a guide?

no google replies please.. anyone actually done it ?

Yes you can, BUT you risk either your Xbox 360 dying (unlikely) or being banned from live (very likely).

Have a look at some of these: MrModchips The Number 1 Name In Console Modifications

(I haven't done it as I like Xbox Live, I have chipped my original Xbox so I can watch DivX TV programs)

Not chipped mate, flashed ! you dont need to add anything to it, you use USB apparently to flash the BIOS I assume.. I dont play xbox live.

How old is the 360..? The earlier models ( Hitachi ) are much easier to flash than the newer model drives..

Samsung Drives are the simple ones to flash, you can use a USB.

Personally i just payed someone £30 at my local computer market to do it.
