Microsoft CRM - mailing lists with attachments?
Does anyone know how to create a bulk mailing list (Quick Campaign in CRM?) where the e-mail contains an attachment?
The e-mail template type thingy (Entitled "Specify the Content of the Activity") lets you type in formatted content (i guess either RTF or HTML), but i also want to include a PDF attachment.
I must say, MS CRM isn't the most user-friendly application around
