Default anti-spam recommendations ?

Can anyone recommend a decent anti-spam software application for Windows XP ?

If you are running Outlook for emails Spambayes is pretty good and Free

Use googlemail, with a bit of setting up you can pick up your emails that are spam filtered and send emails out from your regular email accounts, requires a little setting up but I am running it with 5 pop accounts with Outlook 2007.
Best spam filter anywhere!

I've been using Mailwasher for ages now, and have always found it up to the job.
