i;ve made the screen size tiny with the "-" key but the "+" wont make it big???? why not!
and
any idea how i can access console if my ` key doesnt do it??

the key words 'sizeup' and 'sizedown' change the screensize. If the binds are not configured type the following at the console.
bind "+" "sizeup"
bind "-" "sizedown"
bind "+" "sizeup"
bind "-" "sizedown"
