Advice on upgrading Norton System works

Recently upgraded to windows XP, so my systemworks 2001 won't work. Looked on the Symantec site, and see that you can download a 2002 version on the US shop, but not on the UK shop.
Like Blowdog's post, am having trouble communicating with Symantec, and I think I must have looked at every single one of their web site pages!
Any help greatly appreciated

With my past experience of Norton products (Excluding Anti virus 2001 which I am impressed with 
) I'd be tempted to leave the damn thing off your system build.Just my opinion!!!!
