Default Web design / CSS question

Imagine a box with a border, the information will go into the box and the title will be inline of the top border (that is cutting the border)

Anyone know how to achieve this effect or a website with the effect?
I can't find anything and I'm sure I seen it once done.

Have a background image for the top border and either images or css borders for the sides and bottom.

The thing is that the titles would be dynamic, so I can'y use an image.

I think I'll put the title in a div with a white background and overlap the top bit of the box.
