Using less power
Can anybody tell me what uses less power on a laptop using the battery to watch DVD's, downloading the film to the hard drive or burning to disc and playing it from the DVD player?

Lowest power id say is to use power saving in your control panel to shut off your hd after a set period of time and run the film off a usb pen drive.
Either that or fit a solid state hd.
