PC bits

Can someone recommend me :

- 500GB SATA 2 hard disk, 16MB cache and
- 2GB dual channel DDR2 PC6400 800MHz memory

Samsung spinpoint for the disk.
I've got a couple including a 500. Nice and quiet too.

Not sure on memory but standard thing for me is crucial and the ballistix do pretty well.
