Default Outlook 2000 issue

When I change folders a message, The view is damaged. Default settings will be used appears.

MS suggst running a cleanview command but this didnt work..

Any suggestions ?

Have you tried changing the views ?

say to by subject or by date or size instead, as it rebuilds the view?

Yeah, I've spent many an hour doing everything I can think of.. the IT dep.. who suck ***, cant fix it either.. but they do suck ***

Re-install then

remove all the stuff from Application Data etc before re-installing

or re-name current profile from pimmo to xxxpimmo for example. See if the new blank one works then copy all desktop icons my docs into new profile. Would need access to another admin account to do this though

I cant its server based. I use different PCs each day and its the same issue.
