Default Router / port help needed

Guys, am having some 'issues' with one of our IP cams at work.

Ports are open on the router and services set up, and as far as I can see the firewall should allow free traffic through 1024.

IP camera is showing as attached and has the ip address assigned- matching the firewall / services rules.

I really could do with some help please- have remote admin set up on the router to use if necessary.

Thanks.
Simon.

PS Netgear 834GT with latest firmware.

Default

ports opened to corrent address?

Hardwired PC or MAC>IP binding setup on the router

Do all those ports need to be open? Other services will be exposed in that setup that could lead to compromise, haven't done much with cams but just to double check

have you ran on online scan just to double check ports are open?

DMZ could be an option, but only for testing purposes
