BT homemub - connecting with Remote Assistance
Hello
I have a BT connection and homehub (PC with XP SP2), and my mother has Talk Talk Broadband and has just got a new computer with Vista. I am bored of answering questions over the phone, and so i have got her to enable remote assistance so i can take control. She is logged into Windows Messenger, and can send me the request, but i cant get connected, it times out.
I am guessing there might be some port that needs opening on my homehub (she has a USB modem and no router). Anyone got any ideas what I might need to change ? Google was not too helpful....

I suspect the problem will be at HER end. I've got the home hub and didn't have to change anything to remote assist my parents. However it wouldn't work with my brother, he has a usb modem thing.
