Project Gotham Racing 4
Official box art now released by Bizarre Creations. . . with a bike on the cover, so they could well be driveable. Could be good if done well.

Especially if at the same time, would be interesting to see if the lap times / characteristics balanced enough to allow that to be interesting still

If logged on to Xbox Live, weather from the Weather Channel will be uploaded, allowing users to set in-game conditions to mirror current weather conditions in the respective cities.

LOL
Although how long are the usual races in PGR? 3-5 laps? will be a bit wierd racing 2 laps in the sun then all of a sudden the course is covered in snow?
Having said that, FINALLY a realistic, gritty looking 360 racer!! gone are the Forza 2 'mirror finish' cars!

Last year, Microsoft's "E3: Bringing It Home" promotion attracted gamers to the Xbox 360's online service with a free week of Xbox Live Gold, demos for Lost Planet, Test Drive Unlimited, and Moto GP, and a wealth of new trailers, gamer pictures, and themes. With the E3 Media & Business Summit set to tip off next week, Microsoft today announced that it will once again be "Bringing It Home" for the show.
From Tuesday, July 10 through Friday, July 13, Microsoft will provide Xbox Live users with video updates from the show, demos, trailers, gamer pictures, and themes from upcoming games. However, a Microsoft representative said the company had not made any announcements about free Xbox Live Gold for the week. The promotion is set to feature games such as Assassin's Creed, Guitar Hero III, BioShock, Burnout Paradise, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Ace Combat 6: Fires of Liberation, WWE SmackDown! vs. RAW 2008, Blue Dragon, and Project Gotham Racing 4.
In addition to game-specific content, Microsoft will offer its E3 press conference in high definition--scheduled for that Tuesday at 8:30 p.m. Pacific--later in the week. For more on that event (and the rest of E3) as it happens,

From the developers...
Speaking about the image, the developer's said, "See the yellow and black Armco barrier? Well in PGR3 this would have been grey and, well, dull. In PGR4 the barriers are different colours based on the city, they have logos and slogans painted on them, and you'll even trade paint with the barriers if you scrape up against them.
Of course this paint trading stays for the duration of the race, so by the end of three laps you should see some pretty colourful barriers!
All of this should help remove that 'racing through a tunnel' feeling that sometimes occurred in PGR3. As you know, all of the PGR3 locations are making a comeback in PGR4 so our guys have gone back and 'racified' these old cities as well. Now they too benefit from this new found awesomeness."
Bizarre's described the development status of PGR4 as "pretty good", adding that "The PGR4 game team have been paying attention to the little things which make a game enjoyable. Of course we've got our share of big sweeping changes (the dramatic weather for example), but we're aware of the fact that it's often the small things which
make or break a game."
