Default Colin McRae Dirt £25 on play

So is it worth buying this at the bargain price ? I would be playing on pad not wheel.

TBH I was disapointed. Its got some good bits, the buggy racing is good and plays well, although the actually ral;ly stages I was disapointed with, the graphics are very dark and although the graphics look shiny (better than forza 2 IMHO), I still dont think the gameplay works.. I think it is worth £25, Iplay on my MS wheel and it is better on this than the pad IMHO.
If you get it and dont like it you can always trade in..

It's not bad. It looks and sounds very good, but it plays like an arcade game rather than a sim (depends on what you want I suppose). I've also seen some very dodgy handling physics going on, as well as some graphical glitches. Nothing that has stopped me from enjoying it so far though

Not noticed that on my tv. You can increase the brightness via the game options I think...

I wouldn't go as far as saying it's c**p, but it's not the best driving experience out there for sure. I'm just treating it as an arcade game, play it with the pad (not the wheel), and just do a couple of levels before switching to something else. It's quite enjoyable then

Its £15 at Gamestation if ordered with any other game - I bought it with Forza 2 CE for £55 delivered, but haven't touched it yet whilst I get to grips with Forza.
