Question Posting a monitor

I've sold my 18" tft to a chap who lives the opposite end of the country to me. What's the best way of getting it to him?
I don't have the original box the monitor came in, although I have got a box that the PC base unit came in so could possibly use that with a load of 'padding'?
Any recommendations about who to use as well?

Matt

parcel2go
senditquick

Both cheap couriers

Make sure you cover the screen with lots of cardboard!

I'd avoid parcel2go. I sent a monitor before. It was wrapped up to withstand a bomb blast. The couriers must have actually played football with it or something, as it was in pieces when it got to the destination. Couldn't do anything about it, as they say in their small print that glass items/TV/monitors are NOT covered on insurance. I think they use DHL, well they did a while back.
