Default System restore

Have done a system restore on my laptop twice now.

Would this be enough to completely erase all info on the hard drive,so by selling it no-one could re-read the disk and get the info back off it?

No way!!!!

Darik's Boot and Nuke (Hard Drive Disk Wipe)

is your friend

bear in mind you would have to re-install everything using that......but it's the best way

Orig restore disks would be the best options as will set it back to how it came out of the factory ! No messing around downloading drivers for it !
