Question Best home office broadband provider?

Hello there folks.

Virgin don't seem to offer what I need (I've lost the rag with them on several occasions!) and Demon looks like its offering a good deal with... Consumer Broadband.

What do you use? I'm a bit lost and don't know where to start really!

TIA

C

I would say Zen, or for something a little bit cheaper Newnet

We had used Demon for a very long time in our UK office but binned them earlier this year as we'd had various problems with them. I think we are now with BT, who on the whole seem ok, but it seems you cannot phone them for support, you have to do it via email, which would be somewhat difficult if you were having connectivity issues, seems very poor to me for what is a business package.

I've heard good things about Zen, though have never personally used them.

I moved house two months ago and switched from Titan to Zen. Both use the BT ADSL Max service and both seem to offer excellent support if anything goes wrong.

At the end of the day it came down to price, Titan wanted £35/mth and Zen was only £25/mth for their 20G/mth service. Zen also have an excellent customer portal which allows you to track your adsl performance, monthly usage, etc.
