Question Home Networks - Netgear

Guy's

At the moment i have a Network Router Dlink with 4 ports. Now we have more computers inthe house i need more access points. Can i use this? Would i jsut need to plug it in to the router and away i go?

NETGEAR FS105 ProSafe 5 Port 10/100 Desktop Switch

Don't really want to spend that much and i can get these refurbed with 6 months warrenty for under £20.

Any help would be great.

Cheers
G.

should work fine

network cable into router from switch

may need to use crossover network cable unless devices support auto-uplink

for not much more
