Default Excel Question

I have a cell containing a users full name (First Name Last Name). Is there a formula I can run against the cell to separate the two?

i.e. I want to get from one cell containing "Joe Bloggs", to two cells, one "Joe", and one "Bloggs" (if that makes things any clearer!!!).

TIA.

Kelvin.

assuming C2 contains "First Last", then
put in D2
=LEFT(C2,FIND(" ",C2)-1)
and in E2
=RIGHT(C2,LEN(C2)-FIND(" ",C2))
