I have a lexmark one and I'm not impressed. It is 3 years old, but it's now cheaper to replace the printer than the ink, and the quality was always poor. Even after I realigned the print head you could still see the joins between the print lines.
I've been looking around and seen them starting from about £60, but not sure of the quality at that price.

HP Photosmart C4180.
Even I've managed to get it photocopy and scan and I'm hopeless with printers. £100 about 3 months ago, can probably get it cheaper online.

HIJACK ALERT
Do any of these you are recommending have memory car readers, and are they networkable?
Cheers

Depends what/how much your printing.
For example, a Epson CX11N laser costs 1.8p per page black and 8p a page colour, but also costs £500 to buy. So you need to print alot of stuff for it to pay off.
Most inkjets buzz round 3p for black and between 20p to a whopping 45p per page for colour!
Cheapest to run are genrally Canon and Epson, with Brother not far behind due to cartridge prices.
Have a look here: TrustedReviews - Printers Index quite handy for checking running costs if your eyeing up a particular printer
