We've gone onto ntl digital from analogue a couple of weeks ago, for some reason we can't record on video from digital as the video can't tune (find signal) even though there is a scart from tv - video and digi box - video?

Also been looking at having another digi box upstairs and saw this - eBay.co.uk: 2 way SPLITTER F-Connector for Eurovox/Telewest/NTL (item 170086636810 end time 04-Mar-07 16:00:00 GMT) which is a splitter.
If i fitted the splitter behind the tv downstairs and ran a cable upstairs into another box (probably eurovox) will i be able to have 2 different chanels at the same time or will i be stuck with the channel on the downstairs set?

IF it worked it would be the same channels, as the service is linked to the card in the box ! I would personally call them up and ask rather than **** around with any advice from here !!
