Thats fine that - I remember the demo of BF2142 being just over 1 gig

Think I'll wait a while. It's only coming down at 12kbs for me. It'll take days at that rate !!!

If anyone watches Battlestar Galactica, the hot Cylon "Caprica" is in it - shes a baddie.

Apparently she was in earlier versions too. Sadly I believe there is no interogation mode

installs at 2.7 gig for the demo i doubt the proper game will be much bigger ??

Fired this up last night and looks like it could be quite addictive - liked the FMV with some known actors Not really played any C&C since Generals so looking forward to this, looks pretty too

Ordered it for 22.49 from Virgin, 24.99 with 10% off for using their card.

Looks very good (especially at 1600x1200 with every detail setting ramped up to the max). No great innovations, but that's a good thing in my book. It's classic C&C

Not sure whether to get this on the pc or the 360 though....

You probably know this, but if you cancel and start again it will connect to a different mirror, might be faster

Got it via bittorrent in the end. Still slow, but at least it came down eventually

Help

I've left this to download from the EA site today, I returned home and I've a 1.23 gig file but nothing to run or open it now. Windows askes for the programme to run this file but I can't find one, any ideas?

it should be called CnC3Demo, rename it to CnC3Demo.exe and see if it runs
