Default Mac Gurus - Internet Explorer for OSX required!

Doing some online work for an exam board. They only support Internet Explorer, and I'm using a Mac!

Anybody got a copy they can send me - or link me to?

Thanks in advance,

Dan

You can always have the browser tell the web server that it is another browser !!!!

To change the user agent on Mozilla-based browsers without the extension:

1. type about:config into your urlbar
2. Right-click in the window (on Mac I think that's cmd-click to get a context menu?) and select New->String
3. Use general.useragent.override for the preference name, and Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1) for the value.

As seen here, right down the bottom of the page -

Shallow Thoughts

you lost me after step 1

The reason why they want me to use IE (ideally on a PC) is because they've got some online scripting based around .hta files (sound right?)...... and the Macs don't read em properly (according to the exam boards IT support)

Sounds good though
