I'm working on various projects at the moment and I'm really after an automatic time tracker, one that I can define which apps/windows belong to a project and have it automatically track the time on each project. From what I have seen everything falls into two categories; those where you have to manually select which project to record for (waste of time might as well write it down) or monitoring apps which then wont let me define which apps belong to which projects.

Anyone use anything?
