Cool iPod Nano stuck

My iPod Nano has stopped, it won't switch off, won't poer down if I leave it, won't respond to anything. Any ideas on how to reset it? Or should I just take it back (it's a few days old)

look in the manual about resetting it. i think you need to press a button, flcik the hold on/off whilst it's plugged into the mains - like a hard reset

my wife's ipod had this problem, none of the buttons would respond.
we ended up leaving it til the battery ran out then charged it fully as you would with a brand new one and it worked fine, not had any problems since.

Cool

a friend point me to the apple website, where it gives you instructions on how to reset each type of iPod.

Worked a treat!
