Default Outlook- help required

Guys, whats the easiest way to get the entire contents of outlook off my work PC and on to my home PC?

I've messed about with all the export nonsense but there must be an easier way?

Thanks.

Outlook or Outlook Express?

If it is outlook, you can just take the .PST files and it'll take all your mail.

Thanks Steve- its Outlook, not express. Are the contacts in the PST file as well?
